Do you spend much of your time overthinking things? In this article, I show you why you should stop!

If your thoughts are running the show, it’s not great for your mental well-being, and it’s a big drain on your time and energy. Mindfulness is like a mental reset button that helps us break free from overthinking and find balance and joy. It helps us notice our triggers and teaches us to take a moment before reacting. Change, especially when it’s not what we wanted, can be tough. If you’re curious about this, keep reading.

In this post, I want to share with you how your reaction to change can make you happy or unhappy and Why you must Stop Over-Thinking. This is not the whole story but a snippet from my new book about holistic living, which features mindfulness and issues related to mental health. I am in the process of writing it. It will be published and made available to you later in the year, so keep an eye out for that!

How to Stop Over-Thinking is all about Change. Change is all about us these days, and our reality is vastly different from a year ago. Suddenly, we all have become very vulnerable. The world is experiencing an unprecedented catastrophe.
